Payment is due before the first session, and at this time can be made with cash, check, or via Venmo to hellowildvoice@gmail.com.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via text, phone call or email if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of emergency.
If I need to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled and refunded.

Lessons will start and end on time. If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

Parents are welcome to sit in on lessons or at least need to check in briefly before or after.
For younger students, a guardian must remain in the home for in-home lessons.
Responsibilites

Practice tracks (when available).
Wild Voice folder, Session log sheets, worksheets, warm-up exercises, and other printed materials as needed.

Vocal Lesson Books & Sheet Music: I will recommend appropriate materials tailored to your child’s needs. Families are responsible for purchasing these items.

Families may need access to a device for practice tracks, recordings, or online resources.
Students are welcome to bring their own small percussion instruments if they enjoy rhythm exercises, or their own guitar or other instrument they enjoy playing.
Expectations & Conduct
Practice Commitment
Students are encouraged to practice regularly to reinforce what they learn in lessons.
Parents can help by creating a quiet and supportive space for practice, encouraging music listening at home, and keeping open communication about their ongoing experience.
Respectful Behavior
Lessons are meant to be a safe, supportive environment. Students are expected to arrive ready to learn and respect the time and effort we put into their musical journey.

Communication
Wild Voice will check in before and after each coaching session in person for progress updates. For everything else, I am available via email or text for any questions or concerns during business hours Monday through Friday. Please feel free to reach out!
